How to connect my Toshiba to my TV?! please help!?

i have the Toshiba satellite L350 and It does not have an S-video port, it only has a VGA port but without the two holes on either sides, so i really need to know how to connect it to my TV, what cables will I need? I know my laptop is capable because i have found the options for it on my laptop, and my TV is capable. PLEASE HELP! thank you!
