Is it ok to be sexually aroused by women with mouth ulcers?

Im aware it is probably not the most normal thing in the world but I am so turned on by mouth ulcers, cold-sores and any other oral ailment/infection. It just really gets my blood flowing (especially down below!) Do you think I can openly express these feelings towards females or will it put them off me?
