Is there a cox cable shortage in arizona ?

i have cox cable and yesterday at about 2 my cable shut off and my screen just went to the static screen and it hasnt turn on since. i live in arizona and im wondering does anyone know if a cox cable shortage happened or if anyone that lives in arizona was there a cox cable shortage in arizona ????
