Is this going to harm my friend's child in any way?

My friend is a bit materialistic to some people but she had it rough growing up her parents were extremely strict.. anyways she wants to give her daughter her ideal dream childhood as much as she can. she knows it wont be perfect but she wants to make it better than most. Her daughter turning 6 next month she bought her a ipad 2 crazy i know! cause her daughter loves playing with her iphone alot. also buying her a motorola electric pink scooter , 1 amercian girl doll her daughter will pick out. having one of those cakes that stand up on top of each other. she buys designer handbags online so she getting them about 175 sometimes if lucky around 60 most she said she spent was 780 dollars on a chanel purse her daughter has them. her daughter knows to say her please and thank yous she is very apprecative. she does not act like a brat. except at dinner times if she really doesnt like the food my friend will make her something else microwaveable. she is homeschooling her daughter she wants her daughter to live a stressfree childhood and happy one most as possible. her husband is writing books and video editor and so they are making enough she works too. but she skips or buys cheap lunches like microwavable so shecan save a bit more. but she says her daughter is happy and thats all that matters.
