Got copyright infringement notice from cable vision that i downloaded an English movie but now i deleted?

that file from my system...but usually i download Hindi movies so should i stop downloading even those as i heard they are not strict with Indian movies download...what should i do? keep downloading hindi movies....i wont download English movies for sure now...
