Now that the Seoul Disney Channel has switched to broadcasts in Korean, how do I turn on English SAP?

Analog TVs controlled SAP, but in digital HD broadcasts SAP is controlled by the cable box (right?) My service is with KT/Olleh. I don't know Korean well enough to do this, so can some one guide me through the settings?
