Why do I keep being disconnected from Black Ops?

I don't have this problem with other games. It just always seems to disconnect me when I'm having a good match. I checked my cables and reset everything, and it happened again 2 games later. I was just looking for some answers or advice. Anything helpful will be appreciated.
